Metabolic Reset Follow-Up Session
Available only to MHI Metabolic Reset patients.
Service Description
A focused follow-up session for existing MHI Metabolic Reset clients who have completed their included counselling sessions but would like additional support while continuing in the program. This session is available only to existing MHI Metabolic Reset clients who have completed their included counselling sessions. Written feedback summary is included after the session. This session is designed to support motivation, cravings, consistency, emotional eating patterns, barriers to routine, mindset, and practical next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accommodated, and the session will still apply.
