Intimacy & Relationship Counsellor - Cecilia Engelbrecht
I am an intimacy and relationship counsellor with a background in education and psychology, and specialised training in intimacy work, couples counselling, and sexual health. After many years in education, I transitioned into counselling to support individuals and couples in rebuilding connection, communicating with confidence, and developing healthier relational patterns.

Through IntimaBalance, I offer a warm and confidential space where clients can explore emotional well-being, sexual concerns, communication challenges, or the impact of stress and life transitions. Whether you’re facing desire differences, disconnection, recurring conflict, or uncertainty about the future of your relationship, I support you in finding clarity and restoring a sense of balance.

My practice is inclusive of diverse identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including clients in consensual non-monogamous (ENM) partnerships. At the heart of my work is a commitment to respect, honesty, and emotional steadiness — helping people cultivate relationships that feel grounded, connected, and authentic.
